I would like to say, I felt really pressured by multiple flooring companies and I had to deal with rude people when choosing flooring. John really helped me out, making some suggestions on different places where he has gotten flooring for his customers. This helped because I was really at a standstill. People should know, you don't have to go with an install person from a flooring company. You can buy the materials somewhere and then hire Elite Tile & Floors to do the install. They are professional, patient, and friendly without it being an act. Truly genuine people that I would hire again in a heartbeat."
